About Diversity Frisco

Diversity Frisco is a grass-roots organization that embraces and advocates the value of diversity and inclusion within the Frisco community.

Our mission is simple: to promote acceptance and inclusion of all people across race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age and ability within the City of Frisco, TX.

We will achieve this vision through our initial goals which are to:

• PROMOTE and CELEBRATE diversity, inclusion, and multiculturalism through collaborations, including social gatherings, cultural events, workshops, trainings and community conversations.
• PROVIDE all members of the community with a supportive space and the tools to learn about, discuss and ask questions about issues and topics related to diversity and identity.
• FACILITATE communication between residents, citizens, businesses and government to highlight our shared beliefs and values.
• COLLABORATE with organizations, business, government and residents in the ongoing pursuit of evolving and growing an inclusive and diverse city.
• CREATE accountability for the implementation of our diversity and inclusivity goals.
• SERVE as a liaison between our supporters and elected officials within the City of Frisco.

Diversity Frisco began in 2014 as a project of Frisco Pride, and continues to build our alliance to partner and collaborate with members of diverse and minority groups in Frisco, TX.
